摘要

PURPOSE: To provide knit or woven fabric of a shape-memory alloy wire having a color harmonizing with the color of knit or woven fabric made of another material when used in clothes such as underwear and outerwear and provide a process for the production of the fabric. ;CONSTITUTION: Colored knit or woven fabric made of a shape-memory wire and having desired shape to be memorized is produced by using a thin wire of an NiTi-based, copper-based or iron-based shape-memory alloy having a diameter of 50-140μm by warp-knitting or weft-knitting, e.g. plain stitch or by plain weaving or twill weaving, subjecting the fabric to shape-memorizing heat-treatment and coloring to a color harmonizing with the color of other clothes by liquid-spraying, electrostatic coating or noncontact coating method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
