IMMOBILIZED ANTIGEN FOR DETECTING METHAMPHETAMINE AND DETECTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To easily detect methamphetamine by using a new specific amine- protein complex. ;CONSTITUTION: An immobilized antigen for detecting methamphetamine is composed of a complex of an amine which can recognize an enzyme-labeled monoclonal antibody obtained by enzyme-labeling a monoclonal antibody indicating a specific immunological reaction against methamphetamine and selected from the compound expressed by formula I. (The n and R of the formula respectively represent an integer of 0-4 and hydrogen of alkyl group.) The phenethyl amine expressed by formula II, N-methylphenethyl amine expressed by formula III, 3-phenylpropyl amine expressed by formula IV, and 4-phenylbutyl amine expressed by formula V are representative amines. By using a carrier for detecting methamphetamine carrying an immobilized antigen and detecting kit and by mixing urine or saliva collected from a patient with a substrate solution and causing a reaction between them, the methamphetamine is detected from the urine or saliva of the patient.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
