The island is a unit with several refrigerated compartments, designed forcamping use so that visitors can keep their provisions during the length oftheir stay in organised camp sites. The unit is designed with a centralrefrigerating unit which, by means of a system of thermostats and magneticvalves, regulates micro climates of +/- 1 degree C to allow food to bestored. The users of these units can access their box, locked either by aslot, magnetic card or key code system. The access is provided by thecampsite manager in return for payment.
