METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE CLEANLINESS OF HYBRID SEEDS OF MAIZE BY GERMINAL MARKERS

The method supplies timely and efficient information about the clean of hybrid seeds. By it, dominant inherited germinal markers - coloured or with protruding germ - are formed. Transferred by backcrossing to the parental line of two- or three-line hybrids, all hybrid seeds created by them have the respective marker, and the self-pollinated or those pollinated by an unknown pollinator lack it. Samples can be taken after milky-wax ripening. The markers have no effecton the colour and the quality of the endosperm, the hybrid seeds, F1-plants and their grain.
