This relates to a process for the biostimulant treatment of seeds for use in afforestation, reforestation and the recovery of degraded or desertified areas carried out by placing the seeds in water, subsequently exposing them to light in order to dry out, and then fertilizing the seeds with the use of systemic and specific products and a seed composition comprising the seeds so treated, clones and meristems mixed with organic fertilizers, natural oils or resins, organic stimulants, soaking adhesive resins and water in variable proportions to form a caramel-like mixture.
