The invented process for producing tempered tool (11) or a corresponding tempered mold being provided with at least one inlet hole and one outlet hole and internal passages (15) is carried out in such a manner that the tool (11) of the mold is separated in planes of formed passages, than in parting planes of the separated tool (11) of the separated mold passages (15) are produced according to their required pattern by milling, eroding or the like in dependence on the planed flow rate of the tempering medium and on temperature profile in the manufactured part of plastic, whereupon the separated parts of the tool (11) or the mold are joined with each other by brazing or by high-temperature brazing. The passages (15) are at the same time arranged in several planes. The course of the passages (15) is adapted to outer form of a molding cavity (12). Geometry of the passages (15) is adapted to temperature profile in the plastic part.
