The invention relates to the medical imaging device by gamma rays. It consists, in a device in which a gamma camera is suspended from a frame (102) by a rotary base (103), an arm (205) and two axes (104, 207) allowing two movements of rotation (x, y) of the detector head (101) of the gamma camera with respect to the base, to provide a bracket (209) connected to the arm by a third axis (208) allowing a third movement of rotation (z) of the gamma camera. It makes it possible to facilitate the relative positioning of the gamma camera and the patient being subjected to examination.
