The invention relates to an airport in the shape of a star. This star shape provides the possibility of placing eight runways on a shorter area of ground. Of these, four may be take-off runways and four may be landing runways. The particular feature of this invention is the use of an increase in a descent percentage, helping to avoid environmental and noise pollution. The possibility of starting directly on course is also a significant advantage which saves on costs. People skilled in the art in the field of my invention will certainly know of yet more advantages, since there is still much space to be gained.
