The antiacne composition of the invention for the simultaneous treatment of the superficial and deep skin layers comprises a first dispersion of lipid vesicles capable of penetrating the deep skin layers and containing at least one active agent chosen from antimicrobial, antiseptic, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and antiseborrhoeic agents, retinol and its derivatives for treating these deep layers, and a second dispersion of lipid vesicles capable of penetrating the superficial skin layers and containing at least one active agent chosen from keratolytic, protective, hydrating and antioxidant agents for treating these superficial layers.
