Device consisting of relatively simple elements, such as two staple (clamp) components 8, 9 which are connected to each one of the two net lines 2'. One of the staple components 8 is secured in order to prevent a movement of the lines in the longitudinal direction and a rigid connection component 10 is placed between and fixed in an articulated manner to the staple components 8, 9. The rigid connection component is connected to an electromechanical recording component which is constructed in order to record the angular positioning of the connection component 10 in relation to the secure staple component 8 and to emit an electrical signal to be transmitted to a control unit for processing and presentation of the signal received for observation of the positioning of the net in the vessel's wheelhouse, so as to enable the captain of the vessel continuously to observe the positioning of the net.
