The invention makes use of one or more vehicles which have a platform (dashboard) with a structure and form which are such that the vehicles are able to travel inside the rigidity beam 11 of the bridges, through spaces 4 available between the structural elements of the aforesaid transverse substructures 1, characterized in that each of the vehicles 2 has a pair of planar rolling surfaces or tracks 6, each on one of the sides of the vehicle 2, which interact with rolling elements 5 of the roller type which are mounted, in their alignment, in the substructures with transverse development 1 of the bridge. This system is also characterized by each vehicle 2 which forms it having a length such that it allows permanent support of the rolling tracks 6 which form it on the rolling members 5 located in at least two adjacent transverse substructures, throughout the entire trajectory thereof.
