The frame (1) and the operating component (2) consist of two extrusion pressed profiles with parts (3,7A) which engage each other for pivotable location of the operating component in relation to the frame. The operating component has a track (6) for pivotable location but axial locking of the punches (4) in relation to it. The engaging parts and the track and the punches are so formed that for storage purposes the operating component can be folded together, as well as the punches.
