Installation unit for electrical equipment in building component - uses extendable installation pipe adjustable to distance between electrical box and actual ceiling height

In a typical room application, two electrical fittings are incorporated, one for a switch, and one as a wall plug, positioned one above the other in the lock side of a door. Normally, the wallplug is 30 cms above floor surface, and the current switch 100 cms above that surface. The pipe connecting the two beneath the wall surface has a length of 70 cms.. From the top side of the switch emerges a connection into which a pipe fits, fitted intself inside a telescopically movable outer pipe. On installation, the outer pipe is pushed upwards to reach approximately 8 cms above ceiling height. In a connection on the lower side of the wallplug is a blind pipe, and on it, in company with the other pipes, are pipe clamps consisting of distance pieces which act to stabilise the two electrical fittings during the casting process of the wall.
