The invention concerns the sector relating to the technique of constructing stations for storing and dispensing fodder for feeding domestic and wild livestock. The technical problem to be solved consists in building a multipurpose device for cutting, storing and dispensing fodder, particularly in bales of any shape and dimensions, for feeding domestic or wild livestock. The device can be positioned out in open countryside and can be transported to any location of the territory. The device comprises a circular or elliptical platform 1, fixed to the centre 4 of which there is a vertical bar 5 with a point 6. A vertical upright 9 fitted with an oblique blade 10 is fixed at one point around the periphery 2 of the platform 1. A frustoconical flared rail 18, formed by elongate elements 24 spaced a certain distance apart from each other, runs around the periphery 2 of the platform 1. Each bale of fodder is loaded from above, impaling it on the point 6 and thus cutting the ties or net around it with the blade 10 and opening it up in a single action. IMAGE
