System for the construction of tourist marinas designed to allow protection and conservation of the shoreline 1. It comprises the construction of an outer breakwater 2 in front of the shoreline zone 1 and the creation, between the outer breakwater 2 and the shoreline 1, of a strip or embankment 3 connected to the dry land, leaving between this embankment 3 and the shoreline 1 a channel 6 of unpolluted seawater. The embankment 3 is connected to the dry land by means of breakwaters 4 if necessary also providing a road link between the dry land and the embankment 3. These breakwaters may be provided with underwater passages for renewing the water in the channel 6. Moreover, this channel 6 may be connected to the open sea by means of pipes 7 which allow the water in the channel to flow out and back in in accordance with the tidal movements. IMAGE
