The method for inspection of wells or perforations of water drilling and for pumping water to the surface with isolation at various depths of the water-bearing horizon for direct sampling consists of introduction of a pair of elastic blocking elements 3 and 4 of variable volume into the casing pipe 1 of well 2 or the drilling perforation, said blocking elements being separated by a segment 5 of a cylindrical pipe equipped with a lateral aspiration tube 7 for sampling the water. Said pair of elements 3 and 4 serves to isolate the stratum from the water- bearing horizon at the depth at which it is located by aspiration of the water by means of the main pump 6. Under these conditions a sampling pump 6' samples and conveys to the surface the water from said horizon, keeping it separate from the water of the adjacent horizons to carry out corresponding chemical-physical and bacteriological analyses without the risk of mixing of waters from adjacent horizons above or below the sampled horizon. The apparatus for the aforementioned operations consists essentially of a pair of elastic blocking elements 3 and 4 spaced by the aforementioned segment 5 of a rigid cylindrical type in which a tube 7 is inserted that aspirates the water from the horizon. This aspiration occurs by means of an aspirating sampling pump 6' equipped with hydraulic lines and electrical cables connected to an electrical generator or to a line voltage.
