The present invention relates to a casting machine for the confectionery industry, particularly for moulding biscuits. It basically comprises a mixture feed hopper 2, pumping means which convey the mixture from the hopper 2 to a series of extruding nozzles 3 and a pot 5 supporting table 4 located underneath the nozzles 3 and equipped with a conveyor 7 for passing the pot 5 underneath the nozzles 3. The machine 1 is characterized in that the nozzles 3 are able to rotate in both directions, in that the supporting table 4 is able to rise and fall with respect to the nozzles 3, and in that the conveyor 7 is able to move backwards and forwards. All the movements of the parts mentioned are carried out at predetermined times controlled by an electronic control unit. IMAGE
