Pneumatic device with controlled expansion, for fitting in sealed containers of aerated beverages and the like connected to supply tubes and corresponding valves or taps, the device consisting of at least one container body made from flexible or elastically deformable material, fitted in a sealed container or cask for aerated beverages and the like, and connected to or associated with a source of air at a pressure at least equal to that present in the said cask, the said deformable or flexible body being designed in such a way that, by the action of the said pressurized fluid, it undergoes progressive variations of volume which cancel out the reductions of volume of the beverage contained in the cask resulting from the dispensing of the beverage, and which therefore keep the internal pressure of the cask constant until the beverage has been fully dispensed.
