A membrane has a distal neck (11) for fixing to a tank and in a rest condition has an inwardly bent part (15) which can be bent outwardly under positive pressure difference between inside and outside to increase body operating vol.. The body (13) pref. extends from the neck to a closure cap having a multilobe cylindrical profile and forming a number of inwardly bent parts. The profile pref. defines expansion and compression radial directions of the body. The body may be joined to the neck by a frustoconically tapering part, and may be bell-shaped with an inwardly bent top cap within a bottom cap to which it is joined by a circular crown fitting.
