The improved machine for distributing granular enamel is used to improve the delivery of enamel from the imprints cut in the distributor belt 2 in accordance with a predetermined design to decorate the tiles 20 underneath in transit, avoiding the retention of material in the said imprints with consequent delayed falling, also avoiding excess and harmful delivery of enamel onto the belt and also to obtain shading in the decoration of the tiles; the hopper 12 is fitted with a parallelepiped hollow mouth 40 with a front scraper 43 and rear horizontal plate 45 to limit the flow of enamel; the front part of the belt 2 passes over two rollers 17, 18 on the same vertical spindle: the length of belt between these is maintained bowed forwards and vibrating by a striker 30 with a transverse rod vibrating at a high frequency with reduced width; a screen 26 driven by a vibrating device 63, 64 is placed between the front end of the belt and the tile 20 in transit to shade the decorations; the machine is used in ceramic works to decorate, for example, offset enamelled tiles.
