the complex osteointegrato consists of a hub (10) of any type which is part of a reinforcement collar (20, 20a).collar and pin are opposing lines (26, 27) and (26, 27) which carry out a perfect contact kept avoiding infiltration of fluids and proliferation of bacterial forms.the collars (20) to form a simple and inexpensiverequired to supply in a limited number of elements variables practically only for their height (4) to be adapted on a case by case basis to the thickness (5) of the tissue layer.allow a large possibility of combinations with various lengths of the pins (10), a smooth fastening of prostheses and advantages in term of the latter without secondary effects.(figure 1).
