With the system in question an immediate activation is obtained of the electro-propulsor system inserted inside the closed water through lowering of the ring shaped seat. Connected to a lifting device it raises automatically at the moment of lifting up by the user deactivating the system that contemporarily starts a further cycle of electro-expulsion through a programmable timer, used to allow the extension of the period of activation during the necessary personal cleaning operations. During the phases of electro expulsion the air is aspirated and conveyed through innovative channels and therefore expelled towards the sewer system or, in certain cases, in the environment after being cleaned again through carbon actives and perfumed when needed. At the end of the electro- expulsive activation a special internal valve and siphon with water closure, supporting element of the entire system, is opposed to the diffusion in the environment of the foul-smelling exhalations returning from the sewer system.
