Assembly which consists essentially of: a device capable of reproducing on successive occasions a process in time for a specific zone of space 1 a device 2 capable of moving one or more sensors 3 through the zone of the space undergoing said process a measurement system which, using the aforesaid sensors, measures the evolution of one or more magnitudes during the reproduction of the aforesaid process in time and for various points in the space a set of sensors which measure magnitudes and detect complementary events 4 and a programmable device 5 which monitors the operation of the system following the process described and storing the data obtained as a function of the space and time.
