Water-soluble and easily soluble salts of 4-amino-2-(4,4-dimethyl-imidazolin-2-on-1-yl)-pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid N-methyl-N-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-amide and a process for their preparation. The compounds are suitable for treatment of lipid metabolism disturbances which are favourably influenced by stimulating the hepatic LDL-receptor.
