A continuous processing device for gently processing natural products or similar delicate goods, in particular for gently massaging ham in the meat industry, causes an intense cooling of the processed goods during processing, achieves processing largely by free fall of the goods themselves and thus avoids compression, squeezing, heaping and finally grease and warming-up of the processed goods. The device works in a vacuum to intensify the treatment applied.
