PURPOSE:To easily interface with a digital computer even if the processor is in an analog type by providing a truth value generating circuit, a truth value flow inferring part, and first and second buses. CONSTITUTION:First buses 15 in the same number as that of the types of input variables are provided, and each bus consists of lines in the same number as that of the types of the plural functions used in the antecedent part of implication. A second bus 16 consists of the lines in the same number as that of the types of the plural functions used in the consequent part of the implication. Each truth value flow inferring part TVFI selects the prescribed truth value out of the all truth values, which have been outputted from plural truth value generating circuits TG through the first buses 15 and have been inputted, executes a prescribed operation, generates the truth value to be operated to the consequent part, and outputs it onto the second bus 16. Thus, the input truth value can be selected by digital signals, and the interface with the digital equipment is easily attained.
