A roller bearing of very small axial extension and with sliding annular elastic seals (19) for forming a connection joint, in which the opposing shoulder rings (17,18) project orthogonally beyond the guide and rolling track of the bearing outer race which is of rectangular cross-section, and are held in position by the two cheeks (3,4) of the female part of the joint to be formed, said annular elastic seals (19) cooperating under axial action with the sides of the bearing outer race (10); preferred embodiments of said seals (19) and of said shoulder rings (17,18) are also provided.
