The karaoke for replacing the music with the modem through the PSDN includes a system ROM (104) storing the renewing program of the music as well as the system program of a microprocessor (100), a modem (302) receiving the new music data through the PSDN line, and a memory (301) storing the renewal music data to access by the microprocessor. The memory also includes a back-up means not to erase the stored data even in a power failure.
