The appts. for producing a plasma containing an ozone by the nanosecond pulse corona electric discharge comprises a slide duct for variably outputting power from a compatible AC power source, a direct current converter for forming a motor-driving power source from the slide duct output, a direct current high voltage power source (HV) having a step-up transfomer, a rectification circuit and a smoothing circuit, a charging and discharging part contg. a resistor and a condenser at an output edge of the HV, a pulse generator including a rotary electrode and a motor, and a corona generator for generating a discharge by the high voltage DC power source of the pulse generator.
