THE STABLE COMPOSITION OF LIPOSOME FOR USING HIGH POLYMERS EMULSIFIER

The stablilizer compsn. of liposome contg. high polymer emulsifier such as C1030 acrylate/alkylacrylate cross-polymer 0.12.0 wt.% is prepd. by i) dispersing acrylate/alkylacrylate cross-polymer into water and re-dispersing carboxy methyl cellulose, ii) adding strong glycerin, sucrose, and methyl paraffin into the obtd. soln., iii) heat-dissolving to obtain the water-type component(I), iv) mixing the (I) and oil-type component contg. stearyl alcohol, 120 wt.%. mineral oil, 120 wt.%. vegetable oil etc., and v) emulsifying the mixt. with 0.12.0 wt.%. tetrahydroxy propyl ethylenediamine.
