The rubber particle impact-reinforcer having an improved cake phenomenon is produced by adding 0.2-1.0 wt. pt. of vinyl chloride resin particle having 0.1-30 micrometer to a rubber particle impact-reinforcer, and dry mixing the mixture at the room temperature or 60 deg. C for 5min. The rubber particle impact-reinforcer is pref. a graft copolymerized resin of n-butyl acrylate (or butadiene) rubber and copolymerisable monomer i. e. acrylic acid methyl ester, methacrylic acid ethyl ester, styrene, acrylonitrile, vinyl acetate, methyl acrylate, methacrylonitrile or ethyl methacrylate. The impact-reinforcer is spec. methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin or acrylonitrile-butylacrylate-styrene copolymer resin.
