In the meantime, mushroom cultivation experts recommend that when inoculating sawdust seeds into mushroom cultivation medium, it is recommended to inoculate the seeds at the grain particle size, but it is very difficult to follow such recommendation due to the nature of the sawdust seeds.;In order to overcome this problem, the present invention solves the above problem by using the characteristics of wood slices. The seed culture cultivated using the wood slice as a main material satisfies the above-mentioned recommendation by keeping the shape of a small lump without reducing the particle size when decolorizing the seed bacterium.;It is known that the group that forms mushroom as fruiting body by wood fungus fungus forms Lactin, CELLULOSE, HEMICELLULOSE as main carbon source, nutrition growth by using other nutrient sources, and fruiting body by stimulation of external environmental factors. Therefore, the wood slices and nutrients used in the present invention are considered to be suitable for the cultivation of the woody fungus fungi and fruiting body formation. Especially, the fungi as an arrangement material for the mushroom cultivation has an important function.
