The present invention relates to an antimicrobial nonporous inorganic ceramic containing silver and zirconium in an amount of 2 to 50 wt%2-SiO2Based ceramics, Al2O3-SiO2Based ceramics, TiO2-Cr2O3Based ceramics, Al2O3-(Si, Ti) O2Far infrared ray radioactive oxide ceramics having an emissivity integral value of at least 0.4 in a wavelength range of 4 to 25 selected at 500C is added to a powdered polypropylene resin having an average particle size of about 200 and an antioxidant, calcium stearate, 0.15 wt%, 0.1 wt% and 0.15 wt%, respectively, to prepare a polypropylene masterbatch.
