The present invention relates to an optical packet switch for a full configuration optical ring network using a full optical switch control circuit designed using a full optical switch as a switching element and a full optical signal processing technology. The optical switch control circuit includes a fiber-optic delay line matching filter address processor, a data frame extracting circuit , A switch driving pulse generator using a symmetrical magnetic electrooptic effect device capable of optical input, output, and threshold detection together, so that the optical switch control circuit is designed to operate completely optically. Thus, by replacing the electrical switch and the control circuit in the conventional optical packet switch with the full optical switch and the control circuit, the performance of the optical packet switch is improved by overcoming the time limitation by the electric operation. In the conventional data frame extracting circuit, the coupling ratio of the optical fiber coupler is set to 0.5.
