SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.-%: hydroxyethylated alkylphenol АФ₉-5-7 0.3-14.0; diluent (plasticizer) (C-3) 0.3-14.0 or superplasticizer ФОК or their mixture at any ratio, water - the rest. C-3 has, wt. -% : polymethylenenaphthalenesulfoacid sodium salts with molecular mass 350-500 30.0-69.9; lignosulfonic acid sodium salts 2-6; sodium sulfate and sulfite 0.1-1.0, and water - the rest. ФОК has, wt.-%: sodium salts condensed with phenolic mixture formaldehyde 20-40; sodium sulfate and sulfite 0.1-1.0, and water - the rest.
