METHOD OF RANKING OPERATORS ACCORDING TO LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES

SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in switching off indication of one of parameters during operator's watching instrument panel indicating in progress data on status of object controlled by operator, recording time required to detect disappearance of readings, parameter reproduction error at instant of disappearance of indications and prediction error, calculating coefficient using prescribed formula, and finally identifying operator characterized by highest professional qualities by maximum coefficient value. EFFECT: higher accuracy of ranking operators based on findings about operators' professional competence.
