FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: forced-draught fan with air outlet for supplying the dry air to insulation layer or chamber, exhaust fan with air inlet for sucking off of damp air from insulation layer or chamber and air drying device with output branch pipe are arranged on the common movable frame or in the movable case. Additional forced-draught exhaust devices are connected in parallel to motion of their air flow and are grouped in forced-draught, exhaust and drying sections, respectively separated each from the other involving formation of correspondent chambers. Output branch pipes of the drying devices are hermetically connected to the forced-draught chamber. Standby electric generator is installed on the frame or in the case.
