FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product of the formula (I) : derivatives of pyrrolo-[2.1-b] -thiazole of the formula (I) where R₁ - lower alkyl or cyclo(lower) alkyl; R₂ - lower alkoxy-group, amino-group, lower mono- or dialkylamino-group or cyclic amino-group which can contain oxygen or sulfur atom as a ring one, phenylthio- or 4-nitrophenylhydroxy-group; R₃ - hydrogen atom, lower alkyl or phenyl, - simple or double bond. Reagent 1: derivatives of 2-thioxopyrrolidine of the formula (II) where R₁ - lower alkyl; R₃ - hydrogen atom, lower alkyl or phenyl. Compounds of the formula (II) are intermediate products used for synthesis of derivatives of the formula (I) where R and R₁ - as indicated above. Reagent 2: amine of the general formula: NH(R₂)(R₃) where R₂ and R₃ - as indicated above. Reaction conditions: in the medium of lower alcohol such as isopropanol or aromatic hydrocarbon such as benzene, at 80-100 C. Synthesized compounds were used in medicine.
