FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes forming parallel passages along axis of head of femur from cortical plate in intertrochanteric region to epiphyseal region of caput femoris, embedding cylindrical osteal allotransplants into passages in germination plate portion, carrying out intertrochanteric osteotomy of femoral bone, dissecting fascial portion of miassat tract, correcting corners of proximal section of femur, and then carrying out decompression of hip joint using Ilizarov's apparatus. EFFECT: improvement of blood circulation in epiphyseal region of caput femur, centralization of head of femur and decompression in hip joint.
