METHOD OF FINDING OF POLYVALENT ANTIGEN IN BIOLOGICAL FLUID

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method of finding of polyvalent ANTIGEN in biological fluid lies in concurrent fixation of two specific bodies or of F_ab fragments of Jg other kinds of animals in presence of inhibitor of unspecific reaction. Special feature of method consists in use of unspecific JgG-agregates of second and third kinds types of animals or aggregates consisting of JgG or F_ab-fragments JgG and of unspecific JgG of third kind type of animals or of JgG free from FG fraction or protein, or of polysaccharide or of polymer soluble in water and having molecular weight from 320 000 to 100 million Dalton as inhibitor of unspecific reaction which is added in the amount of 0.1-50.0 t/ml. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of method.
