SUBSTANCE: method provides for closing of shutting organ in pumping in line; feeding of air blast from reserve capacity, that is connected with blast-furnace by valves through air-heaters; emergency shut-down of natural gas feeding and stop of charge loading in blast furnace; facilitated decrease of pressure at blast-furnace top and keeping of operational pressure difference of tuyere - blast-furnace top to normal; decrease of blast pressure; separation of blast-furnace from gas purification system and air-heaters; connection of cavity of blast-furnace tuyere devices with ventilation pipe. During blast decrease after closure of shutting organ by 1.0 1,0 kgs/cm2 they begin to feed blast from reserve capacity into blast-furnace through being in "blast" mode air heater filling valve, and during dropping down of pressure decrease by 0.5 kgs/cm2 more, blast from reserve capacity is fed into blast-furnace through auxiliary reservation valve and pumping in line. Apparatus to blow-out blast-furnace during blast-engine emergency shut-down has shutting organ in pumping in line, blast pipes to feed blast into blast-furnaces from air-blowers, system to fill air-heaters with air during their transfer from "heating" mode into operational mode from reserve capacity of compressed air with valves and compressor. Reserve capacity has blast-pipe with control valve, connecting the capacity with pumping in line blast-pipe.
