EFFECT: reduced distortion of luminance and crominance signals due to frequency transfer of high-frequency components of full video crominance signal in combination with use of various mechanisms of follow-up band filter control in luminance and crominance channels, as well as use of frequency feedback enabling setting of optimal mechanisms of band-pass variations in these channels depending on peak-to-peak frequency variations in feedback loops. 1 dwg
