FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method contributes to restoration of ventilation to perfusion relations in lungs, improvement of oxygen transport function of blood and correction of metabolism disturbances related to drainage function of membrane blood filtration causing interstitial metabolism product supply into the blood circulation and development of metabolic acidosis due to hemofiltration performed at maximum speed of extracorporal blood circulation (500 ml/min) and transmembranal pressure of 350 mm Hg with intensive membrane blood oxygenation during one operation step with an individual selected volume dose of oxygen supply into the gas phase of the oxygenator depending on venous blood pH shift in the direction of metabolic acidosis. The liquid lost with ultrafiltrate is restituted with polyelectrolyte mixture using postdilution method with gradual degasification under control of electric impedance of the thorax. EFFECT: improved ventilation and perfusion characteristics in lungs; improved blood oxygen transport function; effective correction of metabolic disturbances in the process of membrane blood filtration. 2 tbl
