FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: positive heat transfer takes place due to cooling/freezing the entire nutrient medium or its parts in boiling; steaming or drying this medium. Specific feature of method consists in generating low-frequency standing sound wave. Device for realization of this method has low-frequency audio-signal generator which consists of exciccator and resonator parts. Resonator part is acoustically closed and is so constructed that nutrient medium which is subjected to positive heat transfer is located within zone on inner side of resonator part where standing sound wave has antinode of particle velocity.
