METHOD FOR BREAKING ROCKS BY BLASTING AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION

FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method for breaking rocks by blasting includes making of line and horizontal holes, their charging and blasting to break rocks by horizontal layers. Novelty consists in squeezing of bench and blasting of layers successively from top downward with increasing thickness of each subsequent layer proportional to mass of load of overlying blasted layers. Frilling and blasting unit includes self-propelled car 1, frame 2 consisting of two hinged horizontal and vertical sections and movable by means of power cylinders, supporting platform 6 connected by means of counterrecoil devices 12 to self-propelled transportation car 1. Installed on car 1 are manipulator 13 for drilling, manipulator 14 for charging and stemming horizontal holes, and blasting station 16. Frame is movable in horizontal plane, and drilling head is moved over horizontal section 4 of frame 2. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
