METHOD FOR FORMING A PENETRATION IN A WALL FOR RESCUE AND EMERGENCY-RECOVERY WORK IN A BLOCKED ROOM UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS

FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: diamond drilling is used after detection a blocked room. Penetration contour preferentially of rectangular section of 60 by 30 cm size is marked, for example, by chock with big sides oriented in vertical direction, and small size oriented in horizontal direction. Then a machine is used for diamond drilling along the contour using 100 125 mm O.D. bits. Each hole is 10 30 mm underdrilled to wall internal surface, 30 50 mm junctions depending on wall thickness and material strength are between edges of adjoining holes. Then, cores are driven out of the holes using installation hammer, and junctions are broken by pinch bars, in so doing upper raw of the junctions is last to break. Further on, set free block is removed by overturning it out of the penetration onto the work area, preferentially using metal hooks. A trolley may by used when applying the method. The trolley has a firm frame provided with wheels and arresting screws. The machine positioned so to drill horizontal holes is oriented on the trolley so that lengthwise axis of the bit is parallel to wheel axles and rigidly fixed to it preferentially by bolts. Trolley and the machine are installed on the work area, in so doing the trolley enables to move along the wall easily and fast providing reduction in time consumption to change bit position when drilling horizontal raws of the holes. Two slideways for trolley wheels, preferentially made of angle sections, are installed on the base work area when it is irregular (soil, scrap of construction structures). The slideways are secured to the base using pin/anchors, preferentially passing through holes in the slideways on their ends and deepened (driven in) with their sharp ends into the base. Said method may be used to made penetrations for supply lines in the process of retrofitting buildings. EFFECT: high productivity. 3 cl, 1 tbl, 11 dwg
