SUBSTANCE: device for controlled placing of cement bridging plugs in wells includes hollow cylindrical body, supporting member in form of knives on shear members is suspended plug. It has seat in upper part and side washing ports. Body has through longitudinal grooves opposite to knives. Knives have supporting heads in form of segments for inner surface of case and outer body grooves. Knives are located in longitudinal slotted openings of body.
