In order to fasten structural elements provided with a tensioning bar (10) designed in the form of a screw, for example shutterings, brackets, scaffoldings and protective railings and interior and exterior claddings, use is made of a threaded sleeve (1) which is embedded in the casting composition perpendicularly with respect to a concrete wall or floor and, on the side remote from that into which the tensioning bar (10) is to be screwed, exhibits a top wall (4) which widens with respect to the diameter of the threaded sleeve. The top wall (4) forms cone ribs (5) which merge into ribs (6) running in parallel along the threaded-sleeve surface and support the threaded sleeve (1) in the concrete wall (9) against breaking out, the threaded sleeve (1) being arranged in the concrete wall (9) or floor, at a distance towards the inside, on an introduction means (3) which tapers in the concrete. The threaded sleeve (1) is designed in one piece and consists of plastic, preferably of polyamide PA 66, as a result of which freedom from rust is ensured. IMAGE
