A vehicle-mounted lift-up conveyor is materialized when this mobile lift-up conveyor is placed in parallel with a conventional lift-up conveyor on the platform of a truck. A cargo loading and unloading device for a truck is materialized when this mobile lift-up conveyor is placed in parallel with a conventional lift-up conveyor on a frame connected to the platform of a truck. A cargo loading system is materialized when this cargo loading and unloading device for a truck is combined with the platform of a truck on which a conventional lift-up conveyor is placed.
