Device for objective and continuous detection and representation of liquid/solid/liquid phase conversion and method therefore

The invention relates to a device and a method for continuous detection and representation of changes in viscous and in intrinsically viscous flow behaviour of liquids, caused by internal reaction processes, as occur in gellification, coagulation, congealing or polymerisation. The present technical solution permits the detection of "fluctuation amplitude over time" value pairs which can be analytically evaluated and processed further either as analog indication or via a connected personal computer using special software programs. Fields of application of the invention are process control, medicinal therapy and diagnosis and pharmacology.
